Modoc County Substance Use Disorder Services Access (through Beacon Health Options):
1-855-765-9703, Calling this will lead you through asking for SUD (Substance Use Disorder Services), and they will gather your Medi-CAL information, and get you to a SUD Screening Clinician to ask questions and find out what level of intensity for support you need.  Once they have "screened" you, they will contact our front desk staff to schedule you an intake and assessment date and time, or ask you to come in on the next Tuesday, when clinicians are always free to take walk-in needs.

Walk-in appointments for Substance Use or Mental Health assessments available every Tuesday!
Doors open at 8 am, and people can usually get enrolled in services if they come into the office by 3:30 pm.  You may also call to schedule an appointment by calling 530-233-6312.
